The challenge
Easy CGPA Calculator is a tool for students to calculate GPA and CGPA across 112+ Pakistani universities, following official HEC grading scales. It needed a fast, accurate custom-built tool that could rank quickly for competitive education and calculator keywords.
What we did
- Built the full website and calculator as a custom PHP application, fully responsive across devices.
- Set up university-specific grading scales and both GPA and CGPA calculators.
- Did proper keyword research and wrote semantic-SEO content across the site.
- Ran full SEO — technical, on-page, and off-page — to rank the tool quickly.
- Optimized the site for speed and performance across mobile and desktop.
The results
- 137K search impressions and 9.13K clicks within 3 months, at a 6.7% CTR.
- An average position of 5.9, with many keywords in the top 10 and some in the top 3.
- A strong upward traffic and ranking trend over the period.
- A fast, fully responsive custom tool serving students across 112+ universities.
