NorthBeam ranked well in the UK but leaked traffic across the EU to mistranslated, duplicate URLs. Organic was under 8% of revenue and category pages were thin.

What we did

  • Rebuilt the international URL architecture with correct hreflang and canonical signals across 6 markets.
  • Generated 480 programmatic category + buying-guide pages mapped to real keyword demand.
  • Fixed Core Web Vitals (LCP 4.1s → 1.6s) and shipped a faster collection template.
  • Wired GA4 + server-side tracking so organic revenue reconciled to Shopify.

The results

  • +612% organic revenue in 11 months (to £4.1M tracked).
  • Organic grew from 8% to 34% of total revenue.
  • 1,900+ first-page keywords across UK & EU.
